What to write about
Something is broken. Tell us what you were doing, what happened, and what device and browser you were on. That last part matters more than it sounds.
An answer or description is wrong. Say which person and what is wrong with it. Corrections are welcome and get made.
A photograph should come down. If you own rights in an image here, or you are the person in it, say which picture and on what basis. See the Terms of Use for what to include. These requests are treated as the priority in the inbox.
You want to suggest someone. Send the name and the category you think they belong in.
Business, press or partnerships. Same address, just say so in the subject line.
How long it takes
Scratcheer is run by one person alongside other work, so a reply usually takes a few days rather than a few minutes. Takedown requests jump the queue.
